Smoothies by Color: Drinking the Rainbow One Blend at a Time
The eat-the-rainbow instruction meets the blender and becomes a game: smoothies color-coded by pigment family, each blend a different chemistry set. Drinking the rainbow is the laziest possible compliance with the week’s most photogenic nutrition advice.

The Purple Blend
Frozen blueberries, blackberries, banana, yogurt — the anthocyanin delivery system (the brain-and-berry research’s favorite pigment). The default morning blend: purple hides any green addition completely, which the next blend exploits.
The Green Reset
Spinach (flavor-invisible, pigment-dominant), frozen mango, protein, water or coconut water — the folate-lutein blend that tastes like mango and photographs like virtue. Kale for the committed; the mango forgives everything.

The Golden Afternoon
Frozen pineapple, carrot, ginger, turmeric pinch, yogurt — the carotenoid-and-ginger blend with the anti-inflammatory guest list. Tastes like a tropical juice bar; functions like the orange team’s group photo.
The Rotation Rule
The system’s point is WEEKLY VARIETY: rotating blends collects pigment families the single-favorite-smoothie habit misses — and the freezer-pack prep (bags pre-built by color) makes the rotation automatic. The rainbow, batched Sunday, drunk daily, counted by glass color.
Purple for mornings, green behind mango, gold with ginger, rotated weekly. The rainbow was always drinkable — the freezer packs just turned the chemistry sets into a five-minute breakfast game.
